1. Plans and limits
- MigraBuilder plans may include limits on pages, projects, collaborators, bandwidth, storage, or publishing environments.
- Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade, additional charges, or temporary restriction until the account is brought within plan scope.
2. Publishing rules
- Customers are responsible for validating the legality and accuracy of content they publish.
- MigraTeck may restrict deployment or delivery where content creates abuse, infringement, or security risk.
3. Content responsibility
Customers retain ownership of their site content, but remain solely responsible for obtaining rights, permissions, and lawful authority for all published materials.
