Overview
Central payment rules that apply across paid MigraTeck services, with product-specific billing addenda where required.
1. Billing models
- MigraTeck may charge recurring subscription fees, metered usage fees, one-time setup fees, or a combination of these models.
- Plan details, resource limits, and pricing are defined in the relevant product offer or order flow.
2. Payment authorization and renewal
By purchasing a paid service, you authorize MigraTeck and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Refunds and cancellation
- Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle or provisioned service begins.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse already incurred charges.
- Access may continue through the end of the paid period unless the product terms state a different cancellation effect.
4. Failed payments and chargebacks
- MigraTeck may retry failed charges and provide a limited grace period where appropriate.
- Accounts with unresolved payment failures may be restricted, suspended, or downgraded.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions while the matter is investigated.
5. Taxes and product addenda
Prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, or similar government charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certain services may include additional billing terms specific to that product.
