How the Pale / AnnouPale SMS messaging program works, including how users opt in and consent, message frequency and cost, and how to stop or get help.
1. Program description
MigraTeck LLC (DBA Pale) operates the Pale / AnnouPale platform and sends recurring text messages for account verification, security alerts, and account/service notifications related to a user's Pale / AnnouPale account.
2. How to opt in
Users opt in at https://migrateck.com/sms by entering their mobile number and checking the (unchecked-by-default) consent checkbox, or where an equivalent consent checkbox is presented. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies based on account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. STOP — opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After STOP, a single confirmation message is sent and no further messages are sent unless the user opts in again.

6. Privacy
