Quick setup by device or mail app

Outlook

  1. 1Open Outlook and choose Add Account.
  2. 2Enter your full Elize Foundation email address.
  3. 3Allow Outlook to discover the mailbox settings automatically.
  4. 4If Outlook asks for server details, use the manual settings listed below.

Thunderbird

  1. 1Open Account Settings and choose Add Mail Account.
  2. 2Enter your name, full email address, and mailbox password.
  3. 3Select Continue so Thunderbird can detect the configuration automatically.
  4. 4If needed, switch to Manual Config and use the IMAP and SMTP settings below.

Apple Mail

  1. 1Open Mail and choose Add Account.
  2. 2Select Other Mail Account and enter your full email address and password.
  3. 3If Apple Mail does not complete setup automatically, enter the manual IMAP and SMTP settings.

iPhone and iPad

  1. 1Open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts, then Add Account.
  2. 2Choose Other, then Add Mail Account.
  3. 3Enter your mailbox details and continue.
  4. 4If auto-setup does not finish, choose IMAP and enter the manual settings below.

Android

  1. 1Open your mail app and choose Add Account.
  2. 2Enter your full email address and password.
  3. 3Select IMAP if the app asks which account type to use.
  4. 4If discovery fails, enter the manual IMAP and SMTP settings below.

Troubleshooting

If setup does not finish cleanly

Always use your full email address as the username.

If setup fails, confirm the password by signing in through webmail first.

Use IMAP on port 993 with SSL/TLS for incoming mail.

Use SMTP on port 587 with STARTTLS for outgoing mail.

Make sure SMTP authentication is enabled and uses the same full email address and password.

If a local mail app is still not behaving, sign in through webmail first to confirm the mailbox and password are working.
